Volunteers Needed for the St. Matthew’s Fair Booth

August 12–16

The St. Matthew’s Fair Booth is one of the largest annual fundraisers supporting St. Matthew’s Parish and School, and we need your help! Spend a day serving alongside fellow parents and parishioners while supporting our parish community.

Volunteer Shifts

• Morning: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Evening: 4:00 p.m. – Closing

The overlap between shifts provides time for volunteers to pass along important information and ensure a smooth transition. If you can’t work an entire shift, consider sharing one with a friend.

School Parents

School families can earn double volunteer credit (2× volunteer hours) by working at the Fair Booth, making it a great way to get a head start on your annual volunteer commitment.

Students 14 years and older may volunteer with parent permission.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers help with a variety of tasks throughout the booth, including:

• Cashier
• Order taking and drinks
• Toppings
• Funnel cake mixing
• Funnel cake frying (adults)

Whether you’ve volunteered before or it’s your first time, there’s a place for you!

• Weekdays: In the Parish Office
