Northwest Montana Fair

The Fair Booth is a major fundraising event for St. Matthew’s Parish and School. Everyone’s help is needed. Sign-up board will be in the church on weekends and in the Parish Office during the week.

School Parents

School Parents are required to do volunteer hours each year. Required hours for a single parent is 15 and 2 parent household is 30. You can get 2X the required hours by working a single shift at the fair!

Day Shift is from 10 am to 4:30 pm - Evening Shift is from 4 pm to 10:30 pm. The over lapping time allows the day shift to educate the evening shift on what needs to be done. If you are not able to work a whole shift, split it with a friend. Kids over the age of 14 years old are eligible with parent permission.

• (2) Funnel Cake Mixers
• (2) Funnel Cake Fryers - Adults

All Shift Captains will be filled by one of the Knights of Columbus
