Ignatian Rules of Discernment Retreat

Have you ever wondered how to recognize God’s voice amid the many influences competing for your attention? Join Teresa Chabot, Catholic Lay Spiritual Director for Women at St. Matthew’s Parish, for a weekend retreat exploring St. Ignatius of Loyola’s timeless Rules of Discernment.

Through prayer, presentations, and reflection, participants will learn practical tools for understanding spiritual consolation and desolation, discerning God’s will, and growing in confidence in the spiritual life.
